Most transcription tools were built for enterprises and retain files indefinitely. VideoText is priced for independent creators, and the Privacy page says how files are kept.

We do not keep a permanent media library.

Privacy commitment

When you upload a video or subtitle file, it is processed in a private pipeline. Subtitle, translation, fix, convert, burn, and compress results expire with the result file. Transcript text from transcript jobs stays readable for at least 7 days. Guideline-format output stays with the account.

Your content is not used to train AI models. Application logs do not keep a copy of uploaded files.
